ALL STAR CHEER
Our all-star cheer program is designed for athletes ages 5 and up who are interested in developing their cheerleading skills and joining a team. With experienced coaches and a supportive community, we provide a safe environment for athletes to learn and grow. Come and join us today and experience the thrill of all-star cheerleading!
TUMBLING
Our tumbling program is comprehensive, covering everything from the beginning forward rolls to handstands, backhand springs, twists, and beyond. Our skilled coaches will provide your child with the guidance they need to master each skill and progress safely. NINJA
If you're seeking a fresh approach to your child's fitness routine, our ninja classes, may be the perfect solution. Our program is designed to challenge your child's strength, agility, and endurance with a variety of obstacles and experienced coaches. Our safe and enjoyable environment ensures that your child can attain new fitness goals while having fun. Register now and watch your child reach new heights as a true ninja warrior!
PRE-SCHOOL
Our pre-school fundamental classes start at 18 months to three years old! We provide a nurturing environment where your little one can play, learn and grow in a safe, fun and engaging environment. Our classes are designed to provide a fun and active learning environment for your child's growth and development. Our experienced trainers focus on building your child's gross motor skills through play-based activities and exercises. Join us for Parent Tot or Ninja Pre-School for an exciting journey that will help your child stay active and healthy!
ACRO
Acrobatic Gymnastics (Acro) is a partner-based sport where athletes must work together to create and perform skills very similar to figure skating, cheerleading, and artistic gymnastics. These skills will be performed in groups that consist of two to three athletes on the floor at a time.
Acro brings a wide variety of different elements which can range from dance, strength training, flexibility training, tumbling, and hand balancing.
SUMMER CAMP
